Sinigang is a healthy entree and so versatile because you can put in many different kinds of vegetables and use your choice of protein. My favorite is pork in different forms.... pork but, spare ribs, country style etc. Fave veggies are daikon, long beans, egg plant, okra, kangkong or spinach. There are also a variety of sinigang mixes but this with Gabi is the most frequently used in our home
