This smoked pork belly has good ingredients and tastes good. It's a little hard, but after some processing, it's a perfect dish to go with wine.
In summer, we must eat cold dishes.
First off, it isn't pork belly per se but it is pork intestines. It does taste really good. It's slightly chewy but not too chewy. It has a very nice smoked flavor and didn't taste overly oily or fatty. I had it with their chili oil. I would have gave it a five star rating but only because it said pork belly and not pork intestines. Will I buy it again probably. I find this type of dish difficult to make on my own but now I know what to expect.
