    This is my first time trying snail flavored noodle. It doesn’t smell too strong as some people say. I put everything in and add eggs. I can’t take too spicy. This is a bit spicy not so spicy that I can’t handle. The taste is better than I expected. But the portion is a lot. I think it can be for 2 people or one serving for big eater.

    Second brand of snail noodles I’ve tried - I followed the first preparation directions for nice soupy noodles, boiled the rice noodles for 10 minute and added ALL the contents of the provided packets + 500 ml of water. Thoughts: 1. 500 ml seems to be too much water? I think maybe even 250 to 300 ml is enough, otherwise the soup isn’t salty enough. 2. I added extra rice vinegar plus the entire vinegar packet, personal preference as I like it more sour. 3. I used the entire chili oil packet… and made it too spicy! I think half should be more than enough, but even with the entire packet added it was enjoyable. Overall, the picked vegetables were crunchy and sour, the noodles were smooth and chewy, and the broth was savory and delicious. The smell (awful as snail noodles usually smell lol) was a little better this time and had a mild sweet undercurrent. 10/10!

    At first I was very upset, because I had to cook it for a long time before the noodles softened. Then I boiled the broth, put the vermicelli in and boiled. Then pour into a bowl, and add topping. I haven't eaten it yet so I thought it tasted bad. But when my child ate it, she said it was so delicious. and she gave me a little bit. I tried it and... wow.. it tastes great! I will buy again next time. But let's be clear, it doesn't cook quickly. will take 30 minutes. However, it's cheap and delicious, so I will still buy it.
