A box contains three packets, each serving roughly one person (the soup packets are a bit small, so adding your own toppings won't be enough). In addition to the fish packets, there's also a packet of thousand-sheet tofu. I really like the texture of the fish fillet; it's better than other brands of black fish fillet.
