Every summer, I really enjoy this for cool Soba noodles with grinded radish, green onion and pieces of seweed. It's so good and a low calorie meal for family.

I bought some bonito soy sauce and planned to try making soft-boiled eggs. You can also add a little bit to fish dishes and braised tofu to make the food more delicious.
It also goes well with Korean food or fried rice.
This “Mentsuyu” was only one not containing corn syrup at Weee when I ordered. I made asparagus and tomato “Ni-Bitashi”.

This is the first time I've purchased this noodle soup base. It seems to be diluted twice. Since it was on sale, the expiration date doesn't seem to be that long. The original soup base is four times as diluted, so it's a bit cost-effective, but it's helpful because noodle soup bases are hard to find at supermarkets.

This is the perfect soup for eating cold noodles (hiyashi mugi, somen, soba, etc.) in the summer. It's rich and delicious even when diluted! Of course, it's also delicious when heated or used in simmered dishes.
The pack was smaller than I expected, but it's the perfect size to keep in the fridge. I'll be using it in a variety of dishes.
