It did produce a lot of water, but it was so delicious that I think I'll buy it again.
After purchasing, you can always separate it into small portions so you can take out only the amount you need. This is really helpful in America, where there is no thinly sliced meat.
The meat was tender and delicious. Personally, I felt it was quite fatty, but if you cook it without oil and soak up the oil with kitchen paper, it's not a problem. It also had a sweet taste, making it the perfect meat for ginger pork and goyachampuuru.
It is a thin slice that is easy to use. It is versatile and can be used in pork soup, stir-fried meat and vegetables, and curry.
This time it was oily, but I stir-fried it with vegetables.
Fat ratio to meat is not good This box seems only fat
First time we bought kurobuta from SRF and both smelled strong — really porky/gamey. Not a fan.
This pork is so smelly. Even after marinating and using rice wine and red wine, the smell can't be suppressed. I won't buy it again.
