I made seaweed soup with clams. Since the clams were already purged, it was convenient to just rinse them a few times and put them directly into the soup. Although I did feel a bit of dirt when chewing, it was convenient and delicious, so I think I will order it again.
The shells were all open after thawing; hopefully they'll taste good when cooked.
