Sashimi quality, fatty tuna, tasty! All of my family loved it. Will definitely order again.
I made negitoro with this tuna, and it became one of our family’s favorite dishes. It might taste a bit fishy and chewy if you eat it as regular sushi or sashimi. But when we minced the tuna using the back of a knife to make negitoro, it turned out absolutely delicious.

This quality at this price is quite a bargain. I can't buy it at this price at Nikkei Super, so I'll definitely buy it again! The tuna was fresh, and when I made tekka maki (tuna roll), it looked just like something from a restaurant! It disappeared in no time. This time I made simple tekka maki with vinegared rice and seaweed, but it's very convenient because you can use it right away just by slicing it. It didn't get watery after thawing, and the color was beautiful, making it look great too. I'm happy that I can easily buy tuna of this quality in America. Next time I'll make tekka donburi (tuna rice bowl)!

Sea bream I buy often I started eating this instead of halibut, and it is so, so delicious~ It isn't fishy at all and has a chewy texture! It is perfect if you move it to the refrigerator 5-8 hours before eating to thaw~ It is easier to slice if it is slightly frozen!

Well marinaded and so easy to prepare. We bought this as a quick way to make little hand rolls with rice and seaweed while camping and it was a hit. We put the eel into a tray over the fire and it was ready to go in just a few minutes.

Roll your own sushi party! Weee had everything we needed: Hamachi/Yellowtail, Tuna, Salmon and Amaebi (Sweet Shrimp).
One fish is enough for two people to eat until they are stuffed! Thaw it in the refrigerator the day before, wipe it with a paper towel, and then sprinkle a little fresh lemon juice on it to prevent any fishy smell.
