Sea bream I buy often I started eating this instead of halibut, and it is so, so delicious~ It isn't fishy at all and has a chewy texture! It is perfect if you move it to the refrigerator 5-8 hours before eating to thaw~ It is easier to slice if it is slightly frozen!
