There were lots of shrimp in it. I'd like to use it for chirashi sushi next time.
It seemed to be a two-tiered dish, and there were just as many shrimp underneath as there were visible. We made hand-rolled sushi with it.

I made sushi and ate it as soon as I received the delivery! It was slightly thawed during shipping, which was actually a good thing! I like it because it is sushi-grade shrimp that I buy often~ For the sushi vinegar mixture for 2 servings, use 3 parts vinegar, 2 parts sugar, and 1/2 part salt. Please add it after microwaving for 30 seconds! If you want a nutty flavor, try adding just 1/2 part perilla oil at the end! It doesn't stick to plastic gloves and tastes delicious.
I appreciate the large quantity, but most of it was thawed when it arrived.

Sashimi quality, fatty tuna, tasty! All of my family loved it. Will definitely order again.
I made negitoro with this tuna, and it became one of our family’s favorite dishes. It might taste a bit fishy and chewy if you eat it as regular sushi or sashimi. But when we minced the tuna using the back of a knife to make negitoro, it turned out absolutely delicious.

This quality at this price is quite a bargain. I can't buy it at this price at Nikkei Super, so I'll definitely buy it again! The tuna was fresh, and when I made tekka maki (tuna roll), it looked just like something from a restaurant! It disappeared in no time. This time I made simple tekka maki with vinegared rice and seaweed, but it's very convenient because you can use it right away just by slicing it. It didn't get watery after thawing, and the color was beautiful, making it look great too. I'm happy that I can easily buy tuna of this quality in America. Next time I'll make tekka donburi (tuna rice bowl)!
