Trying out this brand for the first time
This was my first attempt at making tempura since moving to the US. It came out great!
I always made my own tempura flour, but with this I was able to make crispy tempura using just water and flour. It didn't require eggs and was still very tasty.
First time buying, try to see if it is good to cook

This bag is smaller than the brand I once bought from a local Asian mart, but I feel like this produces better, crunchier tempura. I disregard the directions though - I use a tad more water for a lighter thinner batter. I’ve been tempura-ing everything, it’s been easy and fun and yummy.
