The rice flour from Lijiazhuang is very smooth and is often used to make soup noodles, which is a very good type of noodle dish.
Like Lee’s noodles
My children really enjoy eating this type of rice noodle; it's soft, fresh, and very tasty.
I like this brand, the noodles are slippery and soft. Just need to soak in boiling water for a couple of minutes before use. Had it in Singapore laksa today
I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't overcooked.
Great, I've bought so many more packs! Everyone says it's very soft and breaks easily, so my method is to boil the water first, then turn off the heat and add the powder. Then quickly stir it with chopsticks and let it soak for about 2-3 minutes before taking it out. Soaking it for too long will make it break easily.
Lee’s rice noodles are best
Versatile - use for frying or soups. I used half of it with green curry. The noodles were soft and tender
I'm getting ready to make Wuhan-style rice noodle soup for my wife
fresh and delicious
