- Sorry I didn’t take photos before cooking it. Didn’t think I was going to write a review. I will the next time. I should’ve taken a video if anything. This is my 2nd time buying it. I was disappointed the first time around and now disappointed again.. Had the same problems I gave it a 2nd chance ONLY because it’s grass fed beef. The sliced meat when raw felt almost fake. Like it’s made from plastic or rubber. Didn’t smell like blood when it’s thawed and the fat was difficult to pull apart and to cut off. It’s thin it shouldn’t require that much work to remove it. The fat looked weird. Some part of the meat and fat was extremely fibrous. I chewed and chewed seemed like a long time and it didn’t break down. I end up spitting it out. I’m really questioning what the heck did I eat.. I’m not sure if I trust to buy this again. So sad.
