    I finally find this product in the US. It reminds me of reddened steamed sweet rice with this paste (xoi gac) at Lunar New Year’s Eve. Love the purchase ❤️

    Super easy & convenient to make. Just thaw the content (I only use 1/2 bottle), and mix with uncooked glutinous rice (that is already pre-soaked overnight & drained). My family like to add a bit coconut cream (which can be frozen), freshly shredded coconut meat (you can use dried & non sweetened one), but of salt and a tablespoon of cane sugar. You can cook the glutinous in a steamer, rice cooker or in a pot like my Mom is using. She only add tiny bit of water since the rice is already pre-soaked and there’s moisture from coconut cream & baby jackfruit paste.
