It's safer and cleaner to cook it yourself, but it's a bit pricey.
They're great for braising duck necks, but be sure to blanch them first, and cut open the tendons and remove the duck fat so that there's no unpleasant taste.

Slow-roast turkey legs in an oven at 390 degrees Celsius for 4 hours until the meat falls off the bone easily.
I bought a Christmas turkey, but I didn't want it to be too big, so I only bought a leg.
turned out great for thanksgiving! cooked at 350F for 3 hours/internal temp reaches at least 165F
These are huge, about 2lbs each. I was genuinely surprised that I didn't look at the size. And yeah I enjoyed it.
Great turkey leg, Happy Thanksgiving!
This was my first time making turkey legs, and I was surprised to find so many thin bones while deboning. I filled them with glutinous rice and chestnut filling, but I put in too much, so the roll didn't hold together, and it fell apart when I cut it. However, it tasted great, and the glutinous rice was especially popular.
Marinate for 24 hours, then bake until almost cooked through. Add vegetables, brush with sauce, and bake for another 30 minutes (flipping halfway through). The result is perfectly tender and juicy.
