It's so amazing that Kuze Fuku products can be purchased in America!! Making miso soup with this dashi is so delicious! I don't take the dashi and throw it away, I just take it out of the bag and use it all!
This is my first purchase. It has a milder flavor than other dashi packs I've used. I used it in a hot pot this time, but I'd also like to try using it for french fries, as suggested on the back of the package.
