Delicious! Marinated it in Korean bbq sauce. Amazing with rice
The packaging was unusual, and the meat was quite greasy, so I had to remove nearly a third before eating it. The taste was okay. After reading other reviews, I decided to cut the meat with a knife first to remove the tendons, which made it easier to chew.
It is already in pieces, and can be fried individually after thawing! It is very convenient to make! The thickness is also quite thick, and one pack is about the amount of 3 meals for one person.

The beef is not thinly sliced, but rather sliced to a moderate thickness. I bought it to use in japchae. It has some fat, so it looks good.

Looking good, not too fat.
The meat is of good quality and tender, so it's delicious for LA ribs. Some parts have a lot of fat, so you have to trim it off, but it's not bad. It's prime, so the quality is guaranteed, but it's a bit greasy if you eat a lot because there's a lot of marbling.

The fat-to-lean distribution of this Korean beef bone is acceptable. Remove the fat near the edges, drain the blood, and then use this Korean BBQ sauce bought from Weee and add some chili powder to marinate it in the afternoon and have it for dinner.

Taste is ok but description is actually incorrect... I received chuck roast instead of chuck roll roast, which is larger and contains chuck roast and other parts. I was excited to see they sold chuck roll roast but yeah it’s too late to return.
There is a little more fat, about 3 pounds, and this part is not too hard to eat.
