I expected a tender, flavorful cut, but what I received was tough, sinewy, and full of inedible bits. It felt like little care was taken in trimming or selecting a quality piece. This really took away from the overall experience of the dish.

The delivery was good. I received it last night and put it in the air fryer this morning. I put olive oil and onions in it and fried it. It was thin, so it cooked quickly, wasn't tough, and didn't smell.
The wagyu can sometimes be a miss because of lack of marbling. The kobe beef one on Weee is more consistent with marbling
