It's pretty strong stuff as you'd expect. I sometimes like to use a small amount between two sheets of nori snack sheets that I then wrap around a small piece of salmon sashimi to add a lock and more variety in flavor.

Best wasabi! It is superior to any other wasabi I have ever had in most restaurants. I go as far as bring this with me (I included pen for size reference). It is even better of paired with high quality soy sauce like whole soy beans.
