Wei Chuan's xiaolongbao (soup dumplings) are really good. I'm so happy to be able to find this taste in the US! I buy a pack every now and then to reminisce about Taiwanese cuisine.
The xiaolongbao arrived a little thawed and soft, so I didn't dare touch them too much. I quickly put them in the freezer to freeze them. I wonder what they'll be like inside when I open the bag.
