I fried one for dinner and as expected the meat is firm and flaky. Then mix it with sweet & sour sauce, (combine vinegar, sugar, water, and cornstarch). Add pineapple, bell peppers, carrots, onions and ginger or as you please. The other three would end up most likely, steam, or grilled. For $8.49 for 4 pcs, is not bad, I guess.
