I bought a bunch of things, mainly because they said "Cai Lin Ji" (蔡林记), so I bought them to check if they were genuine.
The taste is authentic, and the portion of pickled cowpeas is quite generous.

Look how many bags I've stockpiled! Silence speaks louder than words.
As a Wuhan native, I was initially disappointed when I opened the package and saw the noodle cake that looked like instant noodles. However, after cooking and adding the seasoning, the taste was acceptable, even more flavorful than the other two brands. It would be even more perfect if I bought some pickled green beans and spicy radishes myself. (Note: Don't add all the chili oil, it's a bit too spicy.) The portion size is just right for women, and the price-performance ratio is the best. I look forward to the bean curd sheets being available soon.

Who doesn’t love Wuhan hot dry noodles? Simple, quick and delicious
When delivered, the outermost packaging layer was torn, but luckily each package of noodles had its own packaging bag so it was not affected. Also, the actual color of the noodles after mixing is much darker than the one on the packaging image, but the noodles taste nice
I must buy it every time I place an order. People who like sesame sauce noodles should like this taste. I usually add some vinegar. The first choice for cold noodles in summer
