It's delicious, the sticky rice is perfectly chewy.
They're made into cute little balls, with a soft, chewy texture. My mom ate them and said they were delicious. I'll buy them again.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from frozen xoi khuc, but this one was so yummy after steaming. The sticky rice was soft and chewy. The mung bean layer was smooth and not too heavy. And the shrimp filling in the center was rich and savory. Even when you leave it out the sticky rice still had a good texture. Definite repurchase

re ordered several times. always fresh frozen, vacuum packaged well. I saute this clams in oil, ginger,garlic ,and onion. I use rice wash for some broth. No salt nor fish sauce needed because the juice that go with the clams is tasty enough. I add chile and spinach for some kick and color! We always have this clam soup with fried or broiled fish.

Add this to the newly released ARIH Vongole Ramen!!! It's also a must-have for Shabu Kalguksu. I bought it on sale and enjoyed it in so many different ways. It's plump and truly addictive.

The clam meat is very fresh and makes a great soup.
