I'm happy to be able to get sashimi at a low price. There was skin on both sides, so I peeled it off. The English name on the package is Yellowfin, and according to Wikipedia, the Japanese name is Kihada. It's described as belly fat, but it didn't feel that way at all. It was light and easy to eat.

Yellowfin Tuna Belly was on sale, I took advantage of that, I got three of them. They arrived frozen, and smelled fresh. I removed the skin and scales right away. It’s easier to remove the skin, while it still frozen. I’m very happy with my purchase. I have no idea how I will prepare them, but I’m sure that my family and I are going to enjoy it.
