We used to cooked fresh young jackfruit back home. We have jackfruit trees at the backyard. Jackfruit young/green or ripe are both edible. Young/green jackfruit is good and can be cooked with pork or beef and mix with leafy greens. This one is already sliced and ready to cook. Thanks Weee!
