Product taste: very spicy (for non-spicier taste bud), fine salty, and yummy-to-die-for. Because it’s kinda liquidy-oily, I keep them in refrigerator first. Once, I’m confident the oil not too runny, I pour 2-3 spoon into my hot fresh cook rice. The oily melting beautifully on the rice and my jar is less messy with the excess oil. I will buy it again!
