I made fish soup. The fishy smell wasn't as strong as I expected, but you still need to add more ginger, pepper, and angelica root when making soup. The only downside was that frying it felt so cruel; being stared at by its eyes made me uneasy… especially now, during the peak of the Yu Menglong wrongful conviction case…

The fish head can be eaten three or four times per person. I tried air fryer roasting and fish soup. They were both good. It was a little fishy. It is better to marinate it for a longer time in advance.
