Tianmu Mountain flat bamboo shoots are an essential ingredient in my soups. With them, I basically don't need to add salt. The soup is fresh, the bamboo shoots are tender, and the flavor is delicious! I put the outer bamboo basket packaging into a small potted plant and hung it on the wall—it's quite a beautiful sight! :)

I only remembered to post the picture after eating it. The flat rice noodles are very good, very crispy and tender, and are a perfect match for the roasted duck and winter melon soup.
This flat scallion is delicious, but a little pricey, so you have to save some to make winter melon soup.

It smelled sour, I thought it was just frozen and not fresh enough. After frying it, it still smelled so bad that I couldn't eat it at all. I just dumped it into the trash can.
There are four pieces in total. I feel that the frozen茭白 is not very fresh. After thawing, it has a fermented taste.
This bamboo shoot is frozen, so it is very soft when fried. If you don’t like soft ones, please don’t buy it.
This wild rice stem is just okay, but of course it tastes much worse than fresh ones!

The wild rice shoots were really disappointing. As soon as I opened the package, I smelled a pungent sour smell. It didn't taste like fresh food at all. It was like something that had been left to rot for a long time. After taking a bite at dinner, it tasted soft and sour. It didn't have the crispness and sweetness of the wild rice shoots at all. It even had a rotten smell. I sincerely hope that the store can pay attention to the quality of food. Selling such spoiled things not only affects the customer experience, but is also irresponsible. I will never buy it again!
