This melon was very sweet and refreshing the first time I bought it. I stir-fried it with radish, white jade mushrooms, and chicken.

The pumpkin was my favorite, but unfortunately it ruined the yam! It's so big, it can be eaten over several meals!
I steamed some rice and added a steamer basket, and also steamed some purple sweet potatoes and pumpkin. I ate a few pieces myself and mashed some for the dog – a great way to get lots of nutrients! There's still a lot left, so I'm planning to make salted egg yolk pumpkin strips and steamed pumpkin with pork ribs.
This is a very large pumpkin; it will last a long time.
