The longitudinal muscles (sea cucumber tendons) of Alaska red sea cucumber are particularly developed and are the most developed of all sea cucumbers in the world. More than 80% of the nutrients in sea cucumbers come from sea cucumber tendons, commonly known as "Osmanthus mussel".
Osmanthus mussel is quick-frozen from the muscle and part of the body wall of fresh Alaskan sea cucumber, which preserves the nutrients of the sea cucumber to the greatest extent. Osmanthus mussel is the most precious nutrient in sea cucumbers, rich in antioxidant properties as well as collagen.
