This is surprisingly good. definitely taste chinese wine in the dish. They clean the bone well. great with rice.

Delicious! The fish was very delicate and not chewy. I didnt have to add any additional seasonings. There were multiple tiny bones so had to be careful eating it. Would def buy again.
