This dish has good portion and flavor. The gizzards have a nice crunch to it. It is just a little more spicy and salty than I expected.

Unfortunately the chicken gizzards were a total miss. They were too rubbery. I think they would be better just sautéed with ginger and salt. Very generous size however.
