My husband's favorite egg yolk cake! It tastes like lotus seed paste. Not super sweet. Four in the morning is easy to get rid of. Both of us feel that it is a very happy thing to have egg yolk crisps in the morning.

I was so excited to see these and I would give these a B for effort. Good size and appearance but the flavor was a bit lacking. The mochi had good Q. But the pastry wasn't as flaky as I would've hoped.
