Not as advertised. Not made fresh daily, refrigerated. Thick skin and little filling.

The buns are quite big, rich in fillings, and the skin is delicious.

There was a thin layer of chive and egg stuffing in between two very thick layers of dough. I couldn't taste any seasoning and could only swallow it with a little vinegar. It was torture to finish eating it. It was undoubtedly the worst bun I have ever seen. I learned a lot.

How dare they sell this bun? The skin is as thick as the Great Wall, and the filling is just a little thin. The thick skin and little filling do not meet the standard of thin skin and rich filling of northern Chinese food. The bun is very big, and the diameter after steaming is 11 cm. There is not enough vegetable oil in the filling. The chives are no longer green and are dark in color. It does not meet the small and delicate standard of southern Chinese food. It is absolutely wrong and I will not buy it again!

The second bun had a green mold on the skin, so I threw it away. In addition, the box was a bit small. In order to stuff the buns in, I pressed hard and all three buns cracked. In short, I was very disappointed. The chive box I bought from the same store before tasted good and the chives were fresh, but they were too oily. So I bought the buns this time and will not buy them again in the future.
