There are three sesame cakes in one package. They are made of leavened dough and not oily. Preheat the oven or air fryer to 400F and bake for 4-5 minutes. The sesame cakes are fragrant and crispy on the surface and soft on the inside. There is chopped green onions in the middle, which is salty and delicious!
The third time I repurchased it, there was a lot of scallions inside, and the outside was very crispy after being grilled. I fried the scallions and eggs together for Taiwanese breakfast.

It's really delicious, you can fry it without adding oil
I got these today and I already ate one. They are pretty big. I put it in a loose foil tent to warm in the oven. Then for the last few minutes I uncovered it so the outside would get toasty. Very good that way.
