Our product consists of the uncooked dough for pan-fried buns, and you can prepare them as follows. For an even crispier and more fragrant texture, you can sprinkle some sesame seeds on the bottom of the buns while pan-frying.
No thawing is required. To pan-fry the buns: Begin by adding a thin layer of oil to a flat-bottomed pan. Place the frozen buns directly into the pan and then pour cold water into the pan, filling it to about halfway up the height of the buns. Cover and cook until all the water has evaporated.
