How to Store Taiwanese Spinach?

Tip 1. The spinach that you bought home should be allowed to stand at room temperature for 1 day. In addition to letting the leaves dry, it also helps to volatilize pesticides. Then directly wrap it with kitchen paper towels, put it into a zipper bag, put the roots down and put it in the fruit and vegetable compartment for refrigeration. It can be stored for about 4 to 7 days.

Tip 2. Wash the spinach first, cut it into sections, blanch it with salt water, divide it into packets, seal them, and store them in the freezer. Frozen spinach is very convenient to use. It is made into baking eggs, soups, porridges and other dishes without thawing in advance.

How to Scramble Eggs with Taiwanese Spinach?

Ingredients: Fresh spinach, several eggs, chopped green onion and ginger, cooking wine, sugar, salt and soy sauce.

Step 1. Wash spinach and cut into large sections, blanch it in boiling water for 30 seconds, put the spinach stalks first, then the vegetable leaves, and squeeze the water.

Step 2. Add a spoonful of cooking wine to the eggs, a little sugar, stir them up, mince the green onion and ginger for later use.

Step 3. Heat the oil over high heat and add the egg. Remove the egg from the pan when cooked.

Step 4. Add a little base oil, saute the scallions and ginger, add spinach and eggs, add salt and light soy sauce and stir fry evenly.
