These look like rolled oaks. Made in USA. A good size bag as well. Hopefully will be good.

This is my second purchase. I cook it with rice or add it to soup. It's just as delicious, so I bought it again.

I heard that it is better to use flat barley if you are not going to use it after soaking it, so I bought flat barley.

I mixed it with white rice and cooked it. I could eat it normally, but I didn't find it particularly delicious or had a good texture. I would like to continue eating it because I won't know if it's good for my body until I try it for a while.
