This is my second purchase. I cook it with rice or add it to soup. It's just as delicious, so I bought it again.
I heard that it is better to use flat barley if you are not going to use it after soaking it, so I bought flat barley.
Love it!!! It’s so nicely packed and reasonably priced.
I mixed it with white rice and cooked it. I could eat it normally, but I didn't find it particularly delicious or had a good texture. I would like to continue eating it because I won't know if it's good for my body until I try it for a while.
Because it is flat pressed barley, it is easy to eat and is excellent in terms of nutrition.
I really like it!I also bought barley, but personally I liked pressed barley better than barley. (Both are very delicious.) It's better for you than white rice, so I'd like to continue eating it.
These look like rolled oaks. Made in USA. A good size bag as well. Hopefully will be good.
