This rice wine mix with any meat can make the taste fresh. I always add this to the meat cuisines.

Recently I could not find a good quality cooking wine at even the Whole Foods. I was so glad to find this cooking wine at the Weee. Product of Twain! High alcohol percentage!

Always like Taiwan’s seasonings and can’t wait to use them in the dishes.
