What a great seasoning to add to your fried rice. Has all the flavor you want without all the soy and liquid that goes with. The only thing I would complain about is that the rice is a smidge too dry (miss the wet of the soy) but that can easily be solved by adding some broth to the rice and seasoning. Comes in 3 easy packets that makes 1 cup dried rice each.
