Watermelon Radish 2 lb

I tried radish kimchi with this today. So fresh and sweet!

This is one of the largest radish I've seen. These are not available at local grocery stores. It was delicious. It makes a nice addition to salads and stir frys.

It's bitter with a tint of sweetness. The flavor is really bright. Really easy to peel. The exterior and interior look so pretty. I like the texture after boiling it.

Only two of them were red inside? So, I don't know if I was given some other type of radish or if these ones weren't that ripe, but at least they taste alright to me

It's not a good idea to cut it after the post-sale period.
