I use them to make a Thai snack called Khao Tung Moo Yong, made of crispy rice crackers (called Khao Tung) topped with a savory-sweet pork floss (Moo Yong) and often drizzled with a sticky, flavorful sauce. This crispy sticky rice is perfect for my need. Some of them came broken in the individually wrap package but only minimal.

They are my favorite snacks during the trip.
