Freshly harvested corn shoots are stripped of 80% of their outer husk, leaving 20% to protect the corn silk.

The husked corn shoots are placed in a low-temperature baking oven for gentle drying, preserving the natural sweetness of both the corn shoots and silk.

It takes approximately five to seven days of low-temperature drying to complete the process, resulting in delicious corn shoot (silk) tea.
