I thought that the "bulgogi" was a bit too smokey. A little bit sweet. The texture was too soft for me. There was no "chew". But I guess it was because this is a plant-based food. Other than that, a pretty good choice when you don't want to eat meat.

Enjoyed this handroll. I actually just thawed it out and ate at room temperature. Added a little wasabi paste and pickled ginger. Quick easy snack...
