和鸡肉一起做了一锅Ginataang。malunggay的口感很好，味道不错，特价的时候6毛一包，比很多蔬菜都便宜。

Pretty vibrant after defrosted. Cooked in meat broth. Not sure what they should taste like, and I can’t make out the taste distinctly. I tried after cooking a little, cooking longer, and putting tomato’s. Is it not something I’m used to. It is convenient where there are no fresh vegetables.

Did not pay attention to this product initially because of the word "horseradish leaves" which was unfamiliar. However, a closer look and realized they are also known as malunggay/moringa which I know is "superfood". Can use like frozen spinach and add it to fried eggs/egg scramble.
