Meat is beautifully marbled, but quite thin. We grilled it to a nice medium rare, there were some chewy inedible bits on the sides, and the texture of the meat was a bit chewier than I would like it to be for USDA prime, but I guess that’s just how chuck roast meat is when it’s not slow cooked. Overall, a good quality product but not sure if it’s worth the price per pound.
