The thickness of the meat varies. The thickest pieces are about the thickness of a thin steak. The sauce has a strong garlic flavor. It didn't suit our taste. We definitely won't be returning.

Very disappointed. After marinating for a day and cooking on the grill the little bit of meat on the bone was tough. These were extremely fatty and tough. I’ll go back to purchasing them from Costco so I can see what I’m receiving beforehand.
