Made kimchi using this ground peppers powder. It doesn’t contain salt so I was able to adjust the salt content to my preference.

The kimchi flavor is good ! But there’s not much to it there’s fired kimchi in there but you can’t really feel it in hole and wring the ramen ! But it good !
