First time trying Japan instant noodles

I made a simple rice cake soup with a coin, rice cake, and kimchi dumplings! The coin broth has a light flavor, but it has a beef bone texture and I especially like that it's not salty. It's perfect for making rice cake soup~!!

The whole family loves Okame Natto, and the kids fight over it in the morning lol I'm also happy that the prices are low at Weee

I can't handle spicy food, but this is so delicious and addictive.

I buy it when it's on sale.

This sauce goes surprisingly well with avocado.

1/5 Stars. Dried and not mochi (chewy) texture. The powdery outside in the packaging is all wet (look at photo). Flavor is alright.

I'm a fan of Chef David Chang's Momofuku restaurant in the city, so when I saw this on Weee! I bought one. The sauce smelled fantastic and the gourmet noodles were delicious (the 11 gram protein per serving is a plus). It was not as salty as other instant noodles, because it was made with simple and quality ingredients. Less fillers and artificial flavorings. They are also good as a starch to a meat and/or vegetable dish such as Beef & Broccoli stir fry.

Just arrived and I can't wait to use it. It heats up quickly and is very light! It's a bit of a shame that I can't choose the color... If I could choose pink or green, I would buy it again for my family.
